The apartment, in The Park, is accessed from a private courtyard and has a wood floor to the sitting room, a small study opening from the sitting room, a good sized kitchen with all main appliances fitted, a main bathroom and two double bedrooms with an ensuite shower room within a tower leading from the main bedroom. Ashley House is a most imposing building and the apartment is to the side of the building, hidden from the road, and has one car parking space. Additional cars can be parked on the road after you have registered with the Park Estate Office. This is an individual, well maintained apartment within walking distance of Nottingham Castle and all the entertainment that Nottingham City Centre has to offer.
